Dr Dennis Hurwitz

This was my first face-lift so I was very apprehensive about the whole thing. And I did my homework. I spent about three weeks finding a plastic surgeon. I talked to two people who had gone to Dr Hurwitz, and both recommended him without hesitation. After calling the ASPS and some other organizations I decided to go with Dr Hurwitz.

My worries started to lift when I walked into the Hurwitz Center. The place just had a good aura about it. It was tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and that is good because it means the surgeon is running a tight ship.

After my initial consultation with Dr Hurwitz - he asked me to call him Dennis but I believe in calling physicians by their title - I was confident about going 'under the knife' with Dr Hurwitz. He has a good bedside manner and listened to me carefully and answered all my questions. I got the impression that Dr Hurwitz cares about his patients. He is calm and steady and that is what you want a surgeon to be like.

After the operation I felt terrible and my face was swollen but Dr Hurwitz had warned me about this and I wasn't worried. I went home and quickly started to feel better. Dr Hurwitz had told me to call him if necessary but there was no need. I did show up at the scheduled post-op check and Dr Hurwitz was as friendly as ever. He even remembered the name of my dog.

Six months after the face-lift, I look and feel great. The results were better than expected. I would recommend Dr Hurwitz to anyone.
