It is one of the very best things you can do for your health, but weight loss can cause sagging skin and wrinkles. Well now a new plastic surgery procedure is being offered for those who have undergone significant weight loss. It is called the body lift and the procedure, which can take up to 12 hours to perform literally lifts the sagging skin. An incision is made below the breast line and along the bikini line and then the entire skin flap is lifted. Dr. Dennis Hurwitz, founder of the procedure, says he can sculpt an entirely new figure. He hopes to eventually use the procedure with all types of patients.
