My philosophy at the end is to get a detailed, perfect outcome with minimal incisions. They can ask me any questions they have anytime and if they cannot reach me at the office, they can email me or call me on my cell phone. Before the surgery, we would actually inform them of what to expect after the surgery. Not only I do that, but also our staff at the Hurwitz Center for Plastic Surgery will inform them of what to be expected and having said that I will reinforce those expectations several times before they are discharged for home.

When they usually come here to the Hurwitz Center for Plastic Surgery, I spend about an hour with them. I try to make them calm, relaxed, and we will have a friendly conversation about their goals, their expectations, their desires, and their final surgical outcome and not only I will inform them about their pre and postoperative medications but also our staff will reinforce my comments and what they should take and what they should expect after surgery.
