You'll recall we talked about going to international conferences, etc. and dealing with younger people, needing to 'fit it' . . . or at least, as a senior leader in our respective fields, have the 'youngsters' feel like we 'fit it' with their age group (superficial first impressions, but it matters), and therefore 'we are on the same wavelength.'
