Restylane®

Restylane® is a cosmetic dermal filler that can restore volume to the face and reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles and folds. Unlike other dermal fillers, Restylane® is derived from a substance that is naturally found in the human body and contains no animal proteins, thus reducing the risk of complications. The results of Restylane® generally last for six months.*

RHA® Collection

RHA® is a dermal filler can restore volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds). The difference between Restylane and RHA is the natural form of the Hyaluronic Acid Molecule in the RHA line. This allows for longer duration and more natural integration into your tissues. 

Juvéderm™

Juvéderm™ is an injectable smooth gel filler which can instantly smooth out wrinkles and folds by adding structure and volume underneath and bringing sunken skin back up to the surface. Juvéderm™ is produced through hylacross technology creating a high degree of cross-linking and promoting duration for up to 6 months or longer.*

Radiesse®

Radiesse is a dermal filler that can restore a natural, long lasting, youthful look by restoring facial volume and correcting smile lines, NLF, and wrinkles around the nose and mouth. Radiesse® is made of unique calcium-based microspheres suspended in a natural gel that is injected into the skin. Radiesse® may last a year or more in many patients.*

Scupltra®

Sculptra®  is a synthetic filler that can smooth away deep wrinkles and facial folds, leaving the patient with a fresh, rejuvenated face. Sculptra®  is also the only FDA-approved treatment for facial fat loss (lipoatrophy), a condition that can result in prominent facial folds, sunken eyes, and hollow cheeks. Sculptra®  is comprised of a biocompatible substance known as poly-L-latic acid, a synthetic version of the substance naturally produced by the body’s muscles during exercise.*

Injection of BOTOX®

BOTOX® Cosmetic is one of the most popular wrinkle treatments in the country. Prominent wrinkles and folds are caused by the contractions of underlying facial muscles. If you are unhappy with the shape of your figure but are not ready for surgical procedures such as liposuction or tummy tuck. truSculpt®  body contouring treatments use an innovative monopolar radiofrequency technology to target fat tissue and heat it until it's eliminated and passed through the body naturally. can reduce fat and tighten the skin in areas such as the abdomen, arms, back, thighs, and buttocks. DiolazeXL Hair Removal

InMode Diolaze hair removal is a safe, non-invasive, quick, and gentle procedure that is typically effective for all skin tones and many hair colors. By combining both radiofrequency and light energy to disable the growth of hair follicles, the treatment can remove unwanted hair on almost any area of the face or body. The number of treatments for effective removal will vary.*

A complete evaluation of your nutritional, psychological, hormonal and cardiovascular status and reserve will be evaluated. A customized program of life style changes, diet and medications will be designed for your preparation for surgery. We strongly advocate this plan for those planning on Total Body Lift Surgery.

hCG Diet

For patients interested in losing weight, the hCG plan combines a calorie-restricted diet with injected hCG treatments. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) is a protein released during pregnancy that helps control metabolism. The hCG treatments stimulate the body to burn calories from the deep layers of fat that are stored around the hips, thighs, abdomen, and upper arms. As a result, patients are often able to lose weight where they desire it the most while still burning enough calories to avoid feeling hungry. The plan has been used safely in Europe and Morocco for over 20 years and is now administered at the Pittsburgh Hurwitz Rejuvenation Center to help patients lose weight before their body contouring procedure so that optimal results may be achieved. As the FDA has not approved this medication for weight loss, hCG is being administered off-label.*
