What is JUVÉDERM?

JUVÉDERM is a dermal filler that uses hyaluronic acid to add volume to the face. It is usually recommended to address facial lines and wrinkles around the nose, mouth, and forehead. In addition to addressing signs of aging, JUVÉDERM can also fill scars and add fullness to your lips. We offer the full JUVÉDERM series:

However, this treatment is not appropriate for patients who are pregnant, nursing, or who have exceptionally loose skin. Fortunately, we offer a broad spectrum of both nonsurgical and surgical solutions so that we can tailor treatment to your specific needs.

Because the filler is made of hyaluronic acid, which occurs naturally in our bodies, patients do not need to undergo an allergy test. Prior to your treatment session, we will meet with you to discuss your goals and to provide our professional opinion as to which areas need the most attention. During your appointment, our experienced injectors will administer the JUVÉDERM with a small needle safely and accurately in a few short minutes.*

JUVÉDERM Results

After your appointment, you can immediately return to work and regular activities. While patients may experience some mild inflammation and redness or minor swelling around the injection site, these effects should only last a few days.

While you can wear makeup as normal, we do advise that you avoid direct sun exposure and wear sunscreen when outside. We also highly recommend that you do not massage or touch any of the treatment areas for several days unless absolutely necessary.*
