39 year old male who lost 200 pounds through gastric bypass. He underwent a two stage total body lift. First stage was a lipoabdominoplasty with oblique flankplasty, Boomerang correction of gynecopmastia, J torsoplasties and L brachioplasties. Second stage was medial vertical thighplasty.
