Last week, Dennis HUrwitz, M.D., FACS was the guest speaker for the annual winter meeting of the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons. He spoke to a packed audience of plastic surgeons at the Royal College of Surgeons Building in London, England.

Dennis Hurwitz, being recognized as an outstanding contibutor to Plastic Surgery was asked by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons to participate as an Iron Surgeon for the prize of the supreme Iron Surgeon at its October scientific meeting in Denver, Colorado. His presentation on a new type of Upper Body Lift narrowly lost out to fellow Pittsburgh Surgeon Dr. Peter Rubin.

Dr. Hurwitz returns ths week from Paris France after a triumphant invited lectureship for the seventh European Congress for aesthetic surgery at the Palais des Congres. He is seen at the meeting standing next to his good friend and originator of Liposucton Parisian legend Dr. Yves-Gerard Illouz..

Dr. Dennis Hurwitz Gives Marathon Body Contouring Lectures in Brazil University

On August 19^thDr. Dennis Hurwitz, M.D., Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh, led an unprecedented two day seminar on Upper Body Contouring Surgery After Bariatric Surgery in Botucatu, Brazil, a short drive from Sao, Paulo.
