Our surgeons make a small incision at the breast fold or around the nipple. A proper space is made for the implant under the Pectoralis muscle or its fascia. They will then meticulously place an implant of your choosing under the breast tissue. Sutures are inserted to close the incisions and the doctor applies a compressive surgical brassiere to assist with recovery.

Breast lift is a wonderful procedure that can dramatically rejuvenate a sagging or aging breast envelope. Our surgeons use a special proprietary Barbed Quill sutures technique that suspends your breasts for a long time, acting as an internal "underwire." Some patients benefit from the addition of an artfully inserted sheet of long acting biocompatible mesh which works as a complete internal brassiere.
